  • small simple flowers with thin white petals and a yellow centre

  1. Pick, wash and dry flowers
  2. Use sparingly raw in salads

The flowers of daisies can be confused with those of Camomile. The difference is that the central yellow of daisies are flat and in camomile they are rounded. The leaves of camomile are tendril like whereas daisies are like small spinach.
