  1.  pluck the flowers from the stem

  2. spread them out on a clean cloth or paper towel and leave them in a well-ventilated area away from sunlight until they are completely dry.

  3. Steep either fresh or dried flowers in hot water for about 5 minutes. Strain the flowers and enjoy the soothing and calming tea.
