Description

  • deep green, slightly waxy feel linear parallel margins, elongate long and slender leaves, growing in a rosette leaflets in tight circular rings at the base of the plant

preparation

  1. pull young tender plants from the root and eat raw
  2. pull older plants, boil and serve with olive oil and lemon
  3. the leaves have a very strong flavour and a garlic scent
